The modern commercial real estate workout industry had its beginnings in the RTC era of the 1990’s. It was there that the founding executives of Forum developed their skills in dealing with distressed real estate loans and assets. In addition to whole loans, Forum has significant experience with CMBS, agency debt and loan participations.

Forum has experience with lenders in every part of the capital stack including senior secured, mezzanine and equity.
