about us

Forum Capital Partners LLC (“FCP”) is a Westchester County, New York based entrepreneurial real estate investment and operating company that was founded in 2006. FCP focuses on debt and equity investments in multifamily, retail and industrial properties located throughout the eastern seaboard of the United States.

Strategy

FCP targets transactions in the $2 million to $25 million range and acts as the operating partner for each asset it acquires.  We invest our own capital in every deal and raise outside equity investments from high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional partners.

Portfolio

FCP currently manages a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.
